What is an LPG Vaporizer?

The function of the vaporizer is to convert liquid gas – which in Finland is primarily propane – from its liquid phase to a gaseous phase, allowing it to be used as a process gas.

Electric Heated Vaporizers FAS 2000

The electric heated FAS 2000 dry vaporizers do not require any separate heat transfer fluids. The device features an aluminum core that transfers heat, with its temperature monitored by integrated thermostats according to preset temperature limits. Two solenoid valves before the vaporizer ensure safe operation. In cases of underheating or overheating, the solenoid valves close.

The modern and reliable device is capable of accommodating changes in vapor flow, allowing it to adjust the heating settings. The nominal capacity of the electric FAS 2000 vaporizers is 15–170 kg/h, and when installed in parallel, up to 1,400 kg/h.

Water-Circulated Vaporizers FAS 3000

The water-circulated FAS 3000 vaporizers use a hot water/glycol mixture as the heat transfer fluid. The vaporizer is equipped with a thermostat that monitors water heating. Once the water reaches the temperature required for vaporization, the solenoid valves allow the liquid gas into the device, where it begins to vaporize.

All types and sizes of vaporizers are available both individually, including only the legally required accessories, and pre-installed as a vaporizer center in a cabinet or container, tailored to the customer’s wishes and needs.
