In addition to agreed-upon regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety, we perform emergency services aimed at quick troubleshooting and repair, thereby ensuring continuity of production. Thanks to our comprehensive stock, equipment and spare parts are readily available.
We divide our maintenance services into two main categories:
Mechanical Maintenance, which includes servicing valves and equipment, as well as valve installations.
Automation Maintenance, which involves assembling, tuning, and inspecting valves and system units before dispatch, conducting equipment installations, and assisting customers on-site during malfunctions.
Mechanical maintenance
Key aspects of mechanical maintenance include systematic condition monitoring, preventive servicing, and prompt and correctly executed repairs of identified faults. Our trained technicians — educated in the key technologies of our principal brands — inspect and service nearly all the valves and components we represent with professional precision.
Automation maintenance
Our automation maintenance service ensures the flawless operation of plant control systems. Maintenance can be flexibly conducted on-site, or equipment can be sent to us for servicing.
Our automation team assembles control valves, shut-off valves, and field devices directly from stock, then tunes and tests them before delivery to ensure seamless process integration.
We also manufacture complete assemblies such as condensate pumps, steam heat exchanger packages, and electrical cabinets.
Our technicians are trained by the manufacturers we represent, possess the necessary electrical installation qualifications, and have strong equipment and broad process knowledge. Our team is also available to support system commissioning when needed.
